Family & Children’s Counseling Services offers a range of mental health counseling services for youth, adults and families who are experiencing emotional, personal and trauma-related problems. Our multi-disciplinary team of behavioral health counselors, psychiatric nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, and other medical providers use evidence-based practices to assist our clients with improving their mental health and wellness.

FCCS has outpatient clinics located in Binghamton, Cortland and Oneida as well as school-based counseling services in partnership with Broome and Cortland County school districts. We offer telephone and telehealth access to many of our services to ensure that clients have access to essential behavioral health services.
