Colin Albro gets bragging rights for his white chicken chili recipe which received the most votes from his co-workers!
through the building all morning. Traditional, vegetarian, beans or no beans, Buffalo style, and white chicken chili were among the yummy options for the eager tasters! Bacon, sweet corn, blue cheese and other additions created flavor layers.
It was very close but after all the votes were tallied, Colin Albro’s white chicken chili took top honors closely followed by choice offerings from Deb Ashendorf and Michelle Reynolds! Insider information suggests that cream cheese may have been the secret ingredient for Colin’s winning recipe….but we’ll never confirm that!
There were so many delicious choices. Congrats to all the chefs and thank you for taking time to make lunch pretty special for the rest of us.
