What exactly is a patient portal?
The patient portal is a secure online website that gives you 24-hour access to your healthcare records from anywhere with an Internet connection. Through the portal you will have access to resources that help you to better manage your healthcare needs.
Through your patient portal account you will be able to:
- View upcoming appointments and appointment history
- View your medical history
- Update your personal information (such as change of address)
- Receive clinical resources from your counselor and medical provider
- Complete any forms sent to you in advance of your visit
- View your account and pay your bill
How do you obtain access to the patient portal? Sign Up!
Sign up for the portal by providing your email address to your counselor or a member of our office staff and tell us you would like to have a portal account. We will send you an email message with an invitation link that allows you to activate your secure portal account and set up your user name and password. You can access the patient portal from any smart phone, tablet or computer.
