Navigation Services

Private, non-profit organization offering professional counseling and prevention services.

Navigation Services are available to individuals enrolled or seeking to enroll in services with the agency. Our Navigation Specialist can help you determine which of the many services offered by the agency may be beneficial for you and help you access those services. The Navigation Specialist can receive and follow up on referrals for clients in need of community resources and social support services.

Eligibility

Any individual enrolled or seeking to enroll in services with the agency is eligible for Navigation Services.

Cost

There is no fee to access Navigation Services.

Referrals

The majority of referrals are made by the agency’s behavioral health clinicians who are already working with the individual. However, Navigation accepts referrals from other community providers, individuals and/or family members when the individual is enrolled or seeking to enroll in services with the agency.
